Standard retail leases run 3–5 years with renewal options. Kiosks and pop-ups can be as short as a weekend. Terms are shaped around your business plan.

Is fit-out included? +

Units are handed over shell-ready. We provide fit-out guidelines and can recommend approved contractors familiar with the mall.

Do you support new local brands? +

Yes — a large share of our tenants are Kenyan-owned. Our kiosk and pop-up formats are a great way to test the market before committing to a full retail unit.

How is service charge calculated? +

Service charge covers common area maintenance, security, cleaning and shared marketing. It’s billed per m² and disclosed clearly in your leasing proposal.
